I just finished up the auction items for this years Jekyll Island Foundation gala. I’m so happy that Lindsay Perdue Strickland once again asked if I could donate to this amazing cause .

Honest question!!! Why has this became the norm with so many officers? This officer was from another county and I’m assuming on his way home since he turned into a subdivision later.
I see this daily on our interstates . Officers in the fast lane with blues on and they’re 3,4,5 counties away from home .Maybe it’s just me but isn’t this a safety hazard? 1- he’s blinding everyone in front of and behind him.
2- the person in front is distracted driving because they are constantly looking in their mirrors. Why are departments allowing this ? So all of the LEOs , please chime in and give feed back. Does your dept allow this ? What’s the benefit to justify ?

We are blessed to be a small part of another Project Overwatch event . I even had a helper with Flags this time around . Liam long (11 yrs old and awesome ) put in some crazy last minute hours to help me get these out the door in time for the event . We had to Ashley Ramsey deliver them after meeting at 7am for pickup. Hopefully this year she didn’t need to drive with her windows down because of paint fumes .
It takes a team effort every time . Thanks to everyone who help make these part of each event .

I know we all have times when we say “kids are lazy” or “they only care about some stupid video game”. We this little guy breaks that norm by 1000%. Liam just turned 11 last week and I would take him to work beside me over a lot of adults . He had an early school day Monday and Tuesday and I had vacation to burn. He cleaned , sorted , and asked what’s next every time . He sanded and stained and then asked again what’s next . His mom and dad have done a great job in raising an amazing boy . I look forward to him being In the ROCK shop and teaching him anything I can to help make cool stuff . Before y’all ask, no power tools for a long time , and yes he got paid for helping out .

I have a picture in my head of husband that passed way too early in a life of loving his wife .

Then that husband finds a great man that he will send to take care if that wife .
Then maybe some how he gets to sit with that man and tell him this story before introducing the love of his life to the man he picked for her .

There are not many public figures that I really want to hear their view in this crazy world, but for sure is one . We had the pleasure of meeting and talking to Erick last night at his flagship station WSB in Atlanta . If you have never heard Erick, please try and find him on one of the many stations that broadcast his show nationwide . He is conservative , but will give you both sides of the story while also handing out a great world history lesson .

Some days you just need A sign that what you do is worth it. Then you get this video from a guy that has became a true friend because of ROCK. This video is his daughter Maggie . Her horse was part of a charity raffle last year . The winner of this horse gifted it to Joey and his wife Courtney for their baby girl Maggie . So some days you may have questions , but if you pay attention God has your signs . 💙💙💙💙
