Those consuming sugary drinks are more likely to experience health problems!

The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends that children younger than 11 do not have any added sugar, instead try 100% fruit juices, or water with fresh fruit added for flavor!

This could be a great opportunity for interested youth leaders to engage more in policies and systems that impact community design in their community.
