🎄✨ From all of us at Returning Her Home, Merry Christmas.

This season reminds us that home is more than a place—it’s safety, dignity, healing, and the belief that second chances matter. As candles glow and doors open, we hold space for every woman rebuilding her life, every family reunited, and every step taken toward wholeness.

Thank you to our community, partners, and supporters who make transformation possible—today and all year long. 💛

May your holiday be filled with warmth, peace, and hope.

On the 8th night, as we light all the candles and celebrate the fullness of light, we were blessed to take part in a meaningful mitzvah—preparing 1,200 bars of soap for the women at the McRae Women’s Facility. 🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️

In collaboration with the Family Unification Network, this act of care reminded us that even something simple can restore dignity, spread kindness, and bring light where it’s deeply needed. Each bar was prepared with intention, compassion, and the hope that every woman who receives one feels seen and valued.

May the light of this 8th night inspire us to keep showing up for one another and turning small acts into powerful expressions of love and unity. ✨💙

🍁🧡 Happy Thanksgiving from Returning Her Home 🧡🍁

Today, we give thanks for the incredible women who are rebuilding their lives with strength, courage, and purpose. We are grateful for every story of resilience, every step toward healing, and every moment of hope that unfolds inside our homes and communities.

At RHH, Thanksgiving is more than a holiday—it’s a reminder that belonging, safety, and support are powerful foundations for reentry. We honor the journeys of the women we serve and celebrate the community partners, donors, advocates, and friends who help make that journey possible.

This year, we are thankful for:

✨ A home where women can heal with dignity
✨ A community that believes in second chances
✨ The power of connection, compassion, and sisterhood
✨ Every woman who chooses to rise again

From our RHH family to yours,
Happy Thanksgiving!
May your day be filled with warmth, gratitude, and the love of community.

Shanah Tovah from Returning Her Home

As we welcome the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah reminds us that renewal and fresh beginnings are always possible. At Returning Her Home, we see this truth every day in the lives of women who courageously step forward into healing, restoration, and hope after incarceration.

This season of reflection calls us to honor the past, embrace transformation, and build communities rooted in compassion and second chances. Just as apples dipped in honey symbolize sweetness for the year ahead, we hold close the vision of futures filled with safety, dignity, and possibility for every woman we serve.
From our home to yours, may this New Year bring peace, strength, and joy.

Freedom Should Feel Like Coming Home 🏡✨

This 4th of July, Returning Her Home honors the resilience of women who have fought for their freedom — not just from incarceration, but from cycles of poverty, trauma, and invisibility.

Independence isn’t just a word in our history books — it’s a daily, lived experience we help rebuild, one woman at a time. Every woman we welcome back into our community is a reminder that true liberty means the opportunity to heal, to grow, and to belong.

🗽 As we celebrate today:
💫 Let’s remember that justice must include restoration.
💫 Let’s affirm that freedom must include dignity.
💫 And let’s make sure no woman is left behind when the fireworks fade.

From our home to yours — Happy Independence Day. May we all find freedom that lasts.

✨ Happy Juneteenth from Returning Her Home ✨

Today, we honor freedom, resilience, and restoration.

Juneteenth is more than a date in history—it’s a call to continue the work of liberation. At Returning Her Home, we uplift the stories of women who are reclaiming their freedom, rebuilding their lives, and restoring their dignity after incarceration.

As we commemorate the emancipation of enslaved African Americans, we also affirm that freedom must be full, and justice must be lived. That means safe housing, mental health support, economic opportunity, and community rooted in love.

We are proud to walk alongside women who are writing new chapters—ones of healing, hope, and possibility.

Today, we pause to remember the women and men who laid down their lives in service to this country. Their courage and sacrifice paved the way for the freedoms we hold dear.

At Returning Her Home, we honor their legacy by fighting every day for freedom that heals—for women who have survived incarceration, for families rebuilding trust, and for communities seeking justice beyond punishment.

Freedom means more than release—it means restoration, dignity, and opportunity. This Memorial Day, we recommit ourselves to ensuring that every woman coming home has the chance to live fully, freely, and with purpose.

We remember. We honor. We build forward.
