Georgia Grizzlies Basketball Club

Georgia Grizzlies Basketball Club Georgia Grizzlies Basketball Club, founded in 2016, had a vision. That vision was to help young men become developmentally sound in the game of basketball.

That vision was to help young men become developmentally sound in the game of basketball through leadership and character building. Travel basketball can be costly and expensive for families. Our goal is to help parents alleviate some of the stress involved with paying fees for their son to play the sport he loves so dearly. Costs can range from $400 to $750 per season per athlete to play. These c

osts include insurance for the team, uniforms, practice facility fees, tournament entry fees, and team equipment (i.e., basketballs, jump ropes, etc.) This doesn't include the costs for parents to travel to and from games, admissions, and the necessary equipment needed for the boys to play. We would love to be able through fundraising to help cover a lot of these expenses so that our boys and parents can focus on the season and not have to worry about the expenses. No coach receives compensation for leading these young men. Our basketball club is about giving back and helping our community. The Georgia Grizzlies Basketball Club consists of Coach Kedric Barrett, Sr., Coach Kedric Barrett, II, Chauntel Barrett, Akia Underwood, and Anais Williams.
