⚠️ URGENT: Loose Dogs Will Result in Authorities Being Contacted ⚠️

Dear Residents,

We have observed multiple incidents of dogs roaming loose in the community. This behavior is unacceptable and poses a serious risk to both people and other pets.

Effective immediately, any dog found off-leash or unsupervised will result in animal control being contacted without further warning. This is not negotiable.

If you observe any loose dogs or know where they are coming from, please report the address immediately to the HOA or via our community communication outlets. This information is crucial to ensure we can address the issue quickly and hold the responsible parties accountable.

Owners must ensure their dogs are secured within their property or on a leash at all times when outside. Failure to comply with community rules may also result in further action being taken by the HOA.

Please share this message across all community communication platforms to spread awareness and ensure everyone is informed.

Pool Policy and Community Guidelines

We are thrilled to see an influx of new families utilizing our pool this summer. It's a wonderful sign of our growing and vibrant community. Thank you all for making Cherokee Woods East a great place to live and enjoy.

However, we have noticed that the pool area has been left unkept numerous times this year. As a reminder, it is important for all members to take their belongings with them when leaving. Additionally, please ensure that all trash is disposed of properly in the provided trash cans. If you notice that the trash cans are full, kindly take the trash out to the large trash cans in the parking area. Please also make sure to straighten up the pool furniture before you depart. In addition, please remember that only members of Cherokee Woods East are allowed in the pool area, and each member can have up to three guests with them at a time.

To maintain a safe and clean environment for everyone, we are considering multiple options to enhance the safety and upkeep of the pool area.

Your cooperation is essential in maintaining our community standards. If we find that members are unable to adhere to these rules and keep the pool area clean, we will reserve the right to close the pool earlier to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our common areas. Additionally, if we find members breaking the rules via the security cameras and/or when their access card was used to enter the pool, we will reserve the right to collect fines and/or will revoke pool privileges for the remainder of the year.

We want everyone to enjoy the pool and common areas to the fullest extent, and it takes all of us working together to make that happen.
