Last fall, Garth Brooks played his hit "The River" in honor of Victoria Shaw who was his co-writer on the song. Shaw was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame that night, one of many accolades she's achieved through the years performing, writing and co-writing hits like this one, "She's Every Woman" (Brooks), "I Love the Way You Love Me" (John Michael Montgomery), "Too Busy Being in Love" (Doug Stone) among many others. We are still soaking in the light and love of our 10th Anniversary Lake Show. What a special night amid tenuous circumstances. If we’re being honest, it was kind of perfect in its own way. Thank you to and for hanging in through the wild weather and giving our supporters a show we won’t forget.
