Georgia Tech Campus Lions Club Known for working to end preventable blindness, Lions participate in a vast variety of projects important to their communities.

Lions are an international network of 1.35 million men and women in 206 countries and geographic areas who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world. These projects range from cleaning up local parks to providing supplies to victims of natural disasters. Beginning in 1917, the association of Lions Clubs has provided millions of people with the opportunity to giv

e something back to their communities. The Georgia Institute of Technology produces some of the best graduates in the world, putting them in a position to create a significant impact in communities around the globe. The present challenge is getting Tech students to recognize and act on their true potential. The Lions Club strives to be the catalyst that motivates the Georgia Tech community to exemplify their school motto, “Progress and Service.”
