If you find yourself working multiple jobs, picking up side hustles and doing everything you can just to stay afloat, this one might be for you. At Circles Cobb, we believe hard work should lead somewhere.

Our participants (Circle Leaders) work toward real-life goals like:

βœ” Getting a better job
βœ” Earning a promotion
βœ” Learning new skills
βœ” Improving their finances
βœ” Building stronger support systems
βœ” Creating a more stable future

In fact, some of our Circle Leaders have increased their income by as much as 91%.

WHAT THIS IS NOT: This isn't a quick workshop or one-time class. This is not a "get rich quick" Instagram course.

WHAT IT IS: It's a serious opportunity for people who are ready to invest in themselves and their future.

Because we invest deeply in every Circle Leader we have, spots are limited and not everyone who applies will be selected.

Ready to stop surviving and start building toward something better? NOW is the time to apply. Please do so by the end of the month.

This recent Awareness Block Party in South Cobb was a full-circle moment for Circles. As part of our Big View initiative, Circle Leaders (program participants) and Allies (their support system) work together to identify barriers that make it harder for individuals and families to thrive. Cohort 1 chose an issue that continues to impact communities across Cobb County: mental health.

That decision led us to the Community Resiliency Model (CRM), a practical approach that helps people better understand and manage stress, adversity, and trauma.

Thanks to a grant opportunity through Cobb Collaborative , Circles Cobb's Nikky was able to complete CRM's Train-the-Trainer program and become a certified trainer. This event was one of the first opportunities to put that training into action alongside fellow Circle Leaders, Allies, volunteers and community partners.

What started as a conversation around a table became REAL action right here in Cobb.

We're grateful to everyone who helped make this event possible and proud to continue supporting the mental health and well-being of our neighbors throughout Cobb County. Because stronger communities start with healthier, more resilient people.

πŸŽ‰ BIG NEWS FOR CIRCLES COBB! We are honored to share that Circles Cobb has once again been selected as a recipient of the North Georgia State Fair Giving Campaign and was awarded a $15,000 community grant!

This investment helps us continue walking alongside families working to achieve long-term financial stability and economic mobility right here in Cobb County. Every dollar strengthens our ability to provide support, relationships, resources, and opportunities that help our Circle Leaders build brighter futures for themselves and their families.

We are deeply grateful to the North Georgia State Fair, the Cobb County Fair Association, and everyone who believes in the power of community-driven change. Thank you for investing in hope, opportunity, and the potential of our neighbors.

Together, we're proving that when a community comes together, lives change.

When people think of leadership, they often picture board meetings, strategy sessions and important decisions. But at Circles Cobb, leadership also looks like serving dinner.

Recently, Board Member Melissa Gilbert and her husband, Parker, volunteered during our Tuesday night community meal, helping create a welcoming space for participants and families gathered around the table.

A Marietta native and highly respected estate planning attorney with more than 28 years of experience, Melissa has dedicated her career to helping families plan for the future. She brings that same heart for service to Circles Cobb, where she shares her time, expertise and leadership in support of our mission. What we appreciate most about Melissa is that she doesn't just believe in the work - we see her actively showing up for it.

Thank you, Melissa, for your servant leadership, your commitment to our community and your belief in the power of helping people build brighter futures! πŸ’™ Join us in thanking Melissa for the difference she makes.

πŸ“£ APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN

Life is expensive right now. Rent keeps going up. Groceries keep going up. Gas is just disrespectful! For many hardworking people here in Cobb County, that paycheck unfortunately stays the same. Every month gets tighter and tighter.

If you find yourself working multiple jobs, picking up side hustles and doing everything you can just to stay afloat, this one might be for you. At Circles Cobb, we believe hard work should lead somewhere.

Help us celebrate two incredible young people who have not only earned their degrees from Kennesaw State University this spring, but have also given so much of themselves to the Circles Cobb community along the way.

For quite some time, Chloe and Jay have faithfully served in our children's program and Tuesday night gatherings, helping create a safe, welcoming and encouraging environment for the next generation while supporting families working toward their goals. Their kindness, consistency and heart for service have helped move our mission forward in ways both seen and unseen. We're so grateful that they’re such a valued and integral part of our Circles Cobb team!

Please join us in congratulating Chloe and Jay on this incredible achievement

Since the world recently celebrated International Boss Babes Day, we just had to take the opportunity to celebrate one of our very own resident Boss Babes! Meet Myeichia β€” entrepreneur, mother of five, Cohort 1 Circle Leader, and a highly powerful example of resilience in action.

When Myeichia joined Circles Cobb, she was rebuilding after COVID while running a small janitorial business with just four residential clients. Like so many working families, she was doing everything she could to create stability for her children while navigating challenge after challenge.

Through Circles, she found what she calls β€œfamilyship” β€” a community of people who encouraged her, supported her, and helped connect her to new opportunities.

One of her SMART goals during the program was to secure a commercial client. Today, her business is now nearly 85% commercial work, including a 40,000-square-foot medical building contract. Her income has grown by nearly 600%.

But beyond the contracts and business growth, perhaps the greatest impact has been at home β€” where her children have watched their mother persevere, advocate for herself, and keep moving forward no matter what.

Myeichia, we’re proud to celebrate you and the example you’re setting for the next generation.

Economic mobility can take many forms - including entrepreneurship. Recently, a handful of Circles Cobb Circle Leaders participated in the ACE - Aspiring Community Entrepreneurs - program, a powerful initiative designed to help emerging entrepreneurs strengthen the foundations of their businesses through education, mentorship and community support.

We were honored to welcome Dr. T. Nichole Phillips, ACE Program Director, to speak with our Circles community about the entrepreneurial journey and the opportunities available through ACE. For Circle Leaders who are ready to take the next step toward building businesses, creating additional income streams and expanding long-term stability, ACE has become an incredible resource and next-level opportunity.
We’re proud to celebrate the Circle Leaders who are actively participating in the ACE Program right now - and grateful for partnerships that continue opening doors for families pursuing lasting economic mobility.
