Not only is this disgusting to hear about. It's scary to think of how the Cheif of Police is as a human..I feel for the people who ever get pulled over or have to deal with that POLICE FORCE..He should be fured, along with the ignorant Major who Can't figure out a budget to humanely euthanize 8 dogs.. Another thing that disgust me is how the writer of this article justified this disturbing event..No one needs your bias, B.S. article. JUST REPORT THE DISTURBING TRUTH! COLD HEARTED, IGNORANT PEOPLE RESPENTING AND RUNNING A CITY!
A woman is accusing Columbia police of shooting animals at the shelter instead of humanely euthanizing them. Police say what they did was humane and legal.
