Following the lean startup model, students will produce a small inventory of product to start a business tha

Maliyah Patterson, a 9-yr-old entrepreneur, gets the chance to meet venture capitalist, of at the conference in NYC. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Since meeting Ms. Arlan, Maliyah has sat in with me on several investor meetings. And, now when Maliyah and I play dolls together she wants to pretend to have "investor meetings!'⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

One day she said to me (with attitude), "If the guy from Amazon doesn't pay taxes, why does my business have to pay taxes?" ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
