🌟 Future Scouts in the Making! 🌟

This past Saturday, our girls had an amazing time sharing what Scouting is all about! From hands-on activities to learning new skills, they stepped up and helped teach both our newest Scouts and those thinking about joining the adventure. 🏕️🔥

It was incredible to see their leadership, confidence, and excitement as they guided others through the fun and opportunities Scouting brings.

A big THANK YOU to all of our adult leaders and parents who showed up and helped make this day possible—we couldn’t do it without you! ❤️

We’re so proud of these girls and can’t wait to see what they do next!

🎃 This past Monday, October 20th, the girls got into the holiday spirit by carving pumpkins! Look how beautiful they turned out — especially all lit up at night. Great job, girls! ✨🧡

September 26th — The girls had an amazing time at the Camporee at Clinton Park! They taught the Cubs and parents how to cook over an open fire (using pie irons and campfire cooking tools), and everyone absolutely loved it! The food was such a hit that folks kept coming back for more. It was a wonderful teaching experience and a fun day for everyone! 🔥🍴✨

Troop 239G had an amazing time at the River Cleanup this Saturday! 💪✨
We’re proud to share that we won two awards:
🏆 Largest Item Collected
🏆 Most Trash Collected

The girls worked hard, had a blast, and even earned community service hours while giving back. 💚

A huge thank-you to Georgia Power for providing a delicious lunch, and to Carroll County Park – McIntosh Reserve for being such a special place for us. It’s not only where we camp, but also where we complete many of our merit badge activities.

We can’t wait to do it all again at the beginning of 2026! 🌟

Congratulations to Troop 239G. We have three girls that were voted in the Order of the Arrow.
After the ceremony the troop was also awarded their merit badges.
Great job Scouts.

Wonderful weekend for a campout, the girls got up early for breakfast and cooked biscuits with the dutch oven and made delicious bacon with hot chocolate.
Then they worked on Painting, Art and Wilderness Survival Merit Badges, cooked a filling lunch, then went on a 5 mile hike and still had enough energy to cook and dinner.
Great Job Scouts and Leaders!

Troop 239G had another successful Mcintosh River Clean up.
They received an award for the largest item pulled from the river- a large raft.
Way to go scouts and leaders!
