Hi, Neighbors!

The roof to our pool house was damaged in a recent storm. Insurance is able to handle the replacement (yay!). The roof work will begin tomorrow morning (weather permitting) at 6:30 a.m. (Sorry for those of you who live near the pool! )

This roof work may interfere with use of the swimming pool tomorrow. Your patience is greatly appreciated !

Also, there is a dumpster up in that area. Please DO NOT put anything in it! This is only for the roofing debris! Thank you for your cooperation!

We’ll be grilling up hamburgers and hot dogs, so come hungry! Bring your swimsuits, towels, and whatever floats your boat — literally. It’s a great chance to relax, meet neighbors, and kick off summer together.

UPDATE: Pool will reopen at 5 pm.!

Hi, Neighbors!

The main pool is TEMPORARILY closed. The chlorine levels were low and the pool company had to shock the pool. It’s taking a little longer than expected for the pool to clear.

The lower levels can occur due to temperatures, higher volume of use, sunscreen, etc.

The mushroom is fine and is currently open.

We appreciate everyone’s patience. 💕💕

I will post another update once the main pool is back open.

Positive thoughts….there are at least 3 pools in our area that have had p**p in their pools this week and have had to shut down for over 24 hours. So….at least ours is only being closed for an hour or so! 😉

If you have been to the pool and notice excessive trash. We have been made aware of the situation and will work on cleaning in between our work schedules.

To the group of teenagers who trashed the pool area between the hours of 1 am and 4 am, we are working on identification and proper figures will be informed. The disrespect of the amenities that our community works hard to maintain has to be stopped.
