Alaska has officially become the 26th state to join the PA Licensure Compact. The compact continues to gain momentum, with new states joining and growing interest across the country. See what the latest developments could mean for PAs, patients, and access to care at pacompact.org

In addition, Alaska joins the growing list of states adopting the Physician Associate title. NCCPA continues to recognize Physician Assistant, Physician Associate, and PA as interchangeable and synonymous for certification and licensing purposes.

Sometimes the change you need doesn't exist yet—so you become it.
Victoria Ho, MSPAS, PA-C, turned her own search for representation into a mission to create it for others. Through mentorship, advocacy, and leadership, she's helping build a profession where future generations of PAs never have to question whether they belong.
