Did you know smoking indoors can increase apartment turnover time and maintenance costs? Cleaning and restoring a smoking unit can cost thousands more than a smoke-free unit. By adopting a smoke-free policy, property owners can reduce turnover costs, and residents who keep their apartments smoke-free are more likely to receive their full security deposit back by avoiding costly smoke-related damage.

Every third Sunday in May, The Center engages faith and community leaders to educate congregants about smoking, va**ng, and the role of new menthol products and other flavors in initiating to***co addiction.
