FX Cup is a day-long soccer tournament at Silverbacks Park, benefiting Atlanta families in need since 2003! holds an annual fundraising event each December to aid local families who have suffered the unexpected loss of a parent or child, as well to honor and celebrate the lives of those who were lost.

“All Together Now”
St Luke’s Church, Liverpool, England

December 24-25, 1914, during World War I, British and German soldiers stepped out of the trenches and laid down their arms, exchanged small gifts and played a game of football. It’s a moment that reminds us what’s possible when we choose connection over conflict.

Stephen O'Hare, one of our founders, captured this image of the Christmas Truce memorial during a recent visit home to Liverpool. This story—our shared humanity—inspired the very first Father Christmas Cup 25 years ago, and its what we carry forward every year.

As of today, the 2025 Father Christmas Cup, along with our Roswell satellite event, is on track to exceed $90,000 in total donations—honoring six individuals and supporting four beneficiary families.

Registration Tent: Check in, Raffle tickets & prizes, and make donations.

Parking:
Available on upper & lower fields. Please respect “No Parking” signs. Carpooling & Rideshare services welcomed!

Schedule:
Youth Tourney starts at 8am.
Adult Tourney starts at noon.
ENG v IRE kicks off at 5:30pm.

Our Memorial Gathering will start at 11:30am, following the end of Youth Tournament and prior to the start of Adult Tournament (12:00).

Food:
Willie B’s Bar & Grill opens at 8am. Full menu of food and breakfast will be available all day! Specials will include $20 Ultra buckets and $35 Carlsburg buckets. Non-alcoholic and Boozy Hot Coco at the walk-up window for quick, easy access!

Our Men’s and Co-Ed divisions are the biggest group in FX Cup history.

From Santa’s Goons, Papa Smurfs, Hooray Beer, and Terminus FC to Co-Ed legends like Polar Hot Mess, Jingle Ballers, Rebels Without a Claus, Reindeer Rebels, and Unathletico Madrid, you can feel the buzzzzz already heading into Saturday’s tourney!

Massive shoutout to all the managers, returning squads, first-timers, and volunteers who keep this incredible tradition moving. Year after year we come together in community and demonstrate sportsmanship consistent with the spirit of the event.

Massive shoutout to our young ballers in our 2025 Youth Division! Red Nose Rangers, Saint Nick City, Frostbite FC, Yule Be Sorry — and every single squad and manager ready to play this Saturday. These kids give back, play hard, and have an absolute blast doing it.
