Volunteer Appreciation Week is celebrated each year during the third week of April. This year it will be observed April 19-25. The week is designated to shine a light on the dedicated individuals whose generous contributions and acts of service are making a lasting impact on our communities and the world around us. It is a moment to offer a heartfelt thank you to those who give so freely of their time and talents, while also inspiring all of us to find meaningful ways to get involved, stand together and encourage greater participation in the work of building stronger communities.

PTA leaders have long served as the foundation of their communities, dedicated to creating positive changes in the lives of children and families everywhere. PTA members continue to go above and beyond, committed to the belief that every child's potential deserves to be nurtured and realized.
