Institutional Community Agenda Rebuilding Empowering
We are a inter-faith base and community incentive program that is supported by all groups of faith and community outreach programs; we extend support to the families and those who are presently incarcerated within a State or Federal Correctional Institution. Our support also extends to those who have been recently released or on parole from i
ncarceration seeking the necessary support so they are able to maintain a production way of life. We are strong advocates of an effective and positive method in providing real reform to those who are incarcerated by establishing a positive working relationship with State and Federal prison officials. As defined on Wikipedia website Prison Reform is the attempt to improve conditions inside prisons, aiming at a more effective penal system. I CARE is not in support of Prison Reform as in helping with a more effective penal system; we seek to have a impact with REAL REFORM in assisting men and women who are incarcerated to have a better and more effective impact of Self. – Mentality, Physically, Spiritually, Economically and Socially! I CARE seeks to improve the conditions for men and women inside the prisons and once released with workable programs, community support and inter faith groups being able to extend their support by and not limited to becoming religious services volunteers and or providing donations of materials that are solely geared to support positive growth and spiritual awareness with a hands on approach initiative that will confirm positive effect on the inmates and once they are released. The success of this program is solely based on community; inter faith groups, families and individuals who are passionate and sincere in giving their support to those who became imprisoned due to bad choices and poor planning.
