Whether it's frustration in traffic, conflict with a loved one, worry about the state of the world, or simply feeling overwhelmed, anger has a way of taking over before we even realize it.
In those moments, we often lose our peace, our perspective, and our best intentions.
Buddha taught that anger is not an inevitable part of who we are. It is a habit of mind that can be understood, gradually reduced, and ultimately let go.
Join us for our special half-day retreat: Anger Management: The Buddhist Way.
During this retreat, you'll learn Buddhist methods for:
-recognizing anger before it takes hold
-responding rather than reacting in difficult situations
-letting go of resentment and irritation
-dealing skillfully with the anger of others
-developing a calmer, more peaceful mind
This retreat offers practical tools you can begin using right away and that can be applied immediately at home, at work, and in our relationships.
