A U.S Military member is somewhere in the world tonight missing their family while you are safe at home. In the minute it takes you to read this, military members all over the world are not only saving lives, but also sacrificing their own life for your freedom. Its Military Appreciation Week. Re-post if you are in the Military, love a Military member, or appreciate what your troops do for you. Freedom isn't Free!!

okay so I tried 90sec. of push-ups today and I did 100 on the knees will compare later on my toes...right now chest is pumped! For women who do them on knees they only count as half, so that is 50 pushups total.
