I am the daughter who strayed away from God and turned to a world about which I knew nothing. The scripture talks about the backslider in Jeremiah chapter 8 and how the Holy God is replaced with an image of god with no power, hope, or redemption. I needed to be redeemed. Although I knew the Word, it had not been activated in my life. was birthed from the book of Jeremiah, in October 2007. When we
think of healing, the first thing we relate it to is the physical body; when in fact, it goes deeper than that. It is only the beginning of the healing process, not the end at all. The city of Gilead wears several masks. One of many is the sin of idolatry; pleasing the lust of the flesh, which leads to rejection; then you have abandonment, loneliness, broken-heartedness, su***de, addictions, adultery, and others which can all lead to a backslidden state. After being in a backslidden state for some time, the effectual fervent prayers of the righteous availed. God restored my life. Late one night while sitting in bed, I wrote a note to the Lord that said, “I want to help wounded, abused, and broken women”. The one thing missing in my broken state was an intimate relationship with Jesus. In the book Jeremiah, God wanted the people healed; He wanted the people restored. The ointment was very much needed in order for the people to live. God asked, “Is there no physician? Is there not something we can do to heal my people?” It grieved God to see the people in sin back then, just as it grieves Him today. In order for healing to take place, we have to admit we have fallen short of the glory of God; and that our own fleshly desires have played a role in the downfall. Healing Balm wants to share the Word of God with you so you can be restored and healed. How long will you continue to live a life of emptiness and hopelessness? The Word of God says in John 10:10 KJV, "…I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." Come and receive your salvation, your healing, and your abundance. Healing Balm wants to be part of your recovery and restoration. Together we can rebuild, embrace, and empower you through the Word of Jesus Christ.
