Join Jazzy Hearts Foundation on Tuesday, February 24th for a special give-back event that supports the CHD community. ❤️🫀💙🔆💚

From 3-8pm, 15% of all mobile orders will be donated to further our mission. Just use the app to order! You can choose to have it delivered or pick up at the restaurant but if you want an extra special reason to dine in with the kids, they are having a jewelry making event on the same day! (From 5-7pm)

Plus, everyone that has the Chick-Fil-A app will receive a FREE chicken biscuit!!! 🤯

We can’t wait to see y’all there!! Together, we can spread hope…one heartbeat (or chicken nugget 😆) at a time. 🫶🏼

We’re just a couple of weeks away from Jazzy’s birthday! 🥳 That means we are getting ready to share smiles and joy to the hospital that cared for her during multiple parts of her life including her 1st birthday. As many of you know, Jazzy spent her first birthday in CHOA’s cardiac intensive care unit where she was spoiled with love, toys & decorations by her care team. By the time her next birthday came around, all I could think about was all the kids that spend their birthdays fighting for their life in that hospital like Jazzy did the year before. Her life was a beautiful gift in itself and we were so incredibly grateful to be together at home. So instead of throwing her a party, we asked our friends, family and community to come together to celebrate the ones who couldn’t celebrate their life surrounded by family and friends, fighting to survive another day. This was the birth of Jazzy’s Birthday Toy Drive. What is “just toys” to some people will bring joy and smiles to someone else.

This year, we have drop off locations at:
- Cultivate Health
- Rollins Child Development Center
- PT Solutions (North Cartersville)

Huge BIG THANK YOU to Brian Pruett with B's Charitable Pursuits & Resources for hosting Trivia Night to support our organization. The funds raised from this memorable evening have significantly impacted our mission of helping to fund research for pediatric heart transplants bringing in a whopping $1,833!! Through our efforts and the help of B’s Charitable Pursuits, we are just shy of $1.6K to assist in a project that will help improve the livelihood of heart transplant recipients. ❤️🫀💙🔬💚🔆
All of this would not have been possible without the support of our COMMUNITY!! From the local businesses that sponsor these events, Angelo’s for allowing us to utilize their dining room & serve food & drinks, Angel Auctions for auctioning off items to be used for last minute Christmas gifts, all of the bakers that donated to the dessert raffle, the businesses that donated prizes for the ugly Christmas sweater contest, and all of the participants…this was truly a community effort that does not go unnoticed or under appreciated.
