Far more concerning than the rise in antisemitism is this phenomenon that we’re finding among Jewish teens.

Our Executive Director, Rabbi Chaim Neiditch, wrote about it in this article:

A leading rabbi cautions that sensitivity to antisemitism is fading, calling for urgent education and pride-building among Jewish teens before indifference takes root.

We were honored to welcome Mayor Lynn Deutsch and Councilman Rob Price to our recent JSU meeting. This marks the second time a mayor has visited our club, underscoring the importance of our work within the community. Mayor Deutsch and Councilman Price’s presence provided valuable encouragement and inspiration to our members, and we are grateful for their support.

From our Executive Director, Rabbi Chaim Neiditch, in loving memory of Bernie Marcus z”l:

I first met Bernie Marcus in 2010 when I was invited to his office to discuss the future of the Jewish community. Unsure if this prominent leader would recognize me, I introduced myself: "Hi, I'm Chaim Neiditch." Bernie glanced at his name tag, gave a little shrug, and with a warm smile and a twinkle in his eye, replied, "I guess I'm Bernie." That small moment of humility left a lasting impact on me.

Throughout our meetings, I was moved by Bernie’s deep commitment to the Jewish future and his insightful, strategic approach to strengthening our community. His respect for others and his humble mentorship shaped how I view leadership.

In 2013, Bernie and the Marcus Foundation team selected me to be in the Jewish Federation’s "Shark Tank" event. Little did I know that night would be pivotal—I was named the winner by Bernie himself.

Winning Shark Tank remains one of the highlights of my career. I was deeply moved by Bernie’s belief in me and his confidence in our mission to shape the Jewish future. His support brought newfound respect to our work, and it’s a legacy I am honored to carry forward.

Thank you, Bernie z"l. Here’s a look back at that meaningful night.

Hats off to our Executive Director, Rabbi Chaim Neiditch, whose impactful testimony in the Senate played a meaningful role in the successful passage of Georgia's inaugural Antisemitism Hate Crime Bill. This achievement underscores Rabbi Neiditch's influential advocacy and dedication to fostering a safer and more inclusive community.
