CON AMOR APRENDEMOS™ (CAA) - WITH LOVE WE LEARN
Aware of the lack of knowledge about HPV and all the myths surrounding the subject, Con Amor Aprendemos (CAA), “With Love We Learn” Research Project was created as an educational program focused on the Latino family. With this program, our goal is to provide information about HPV and cervical cancer in order to elucidate the myths about them and in
order to enable the persons involved to take charge of their own health, to make the right decisions and choose the right treatment alternatives. This program has been disseminated in Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, Bolivia, Nicaragua and El Salvador with the help of our partners American Cancer Society South Atlantic Division, the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) and the CDC.
