A bee doesn’t waste her time trying to convince a fly that honey is better than s**t.

Sis, stop explaining your light to those still comfortable in the dark.

Heavy Is the Crown

Nobody tells you how heavy the crown feels until it’s yours to carry.
It looks beautiful from a distance—polished, powerful, positioned just right.
But once it’s on your head, you realize it doesn’t just sit there.
It presses.

It presses with the weight of responsibility, with the expectations of others, and sometimes, with the loneliness of being misunderstood.
And that weight becomes unbearable when we, as women, add to it by not holding one another up.

When we gossip instead of guide,
when we compete instead of connect,
when we gatekeep instead of give grace—
the crown grows heavier for every one of us.

We were never meant to carry it alone.
There is a sacred rhythm in sisterhood, a divine exchange that lightens the load.
Because women—we—are the portals through which life itself enters this world.
We are the continuation of humanity, the heartbeat of creation.

To tear down another woman is to forget our own divinity.
To lift her is to honor it.

LeadHERship is not about wearing the crown—it’s about how you wear it.
With empathy.
With authenticity.
With the courage to make room for another woman’s rise.

When we fix another queen’s crown without announcing it to the room,
when we whisper encouragement instead of critique,
when we pull up a chair and say, “Sis, I saved you a seat,”—
the crown becomes lighter, and the world becomes softer.

Heavy is the crown, yes…
but together, we can carry it with grace. ✨

I didn't want to give this the energy of my attention but too many people are watching what's happening with disgust!

Things like sign is part of the baked into . We've all been noticing how many of my signs disappear as another candidate's signs "magically" appear even without consent of the property owner or tenant. But for someone to onto my PERSONAL PROPERTY to take up signs is a bit much.👎🏽

Keep up with your fear-based and we'll keep showing everyone what and look like. For added value, we'll even throw in some ! But trust, WE WILL NOT OR !! Peace + blessings!✌🏽💜🤍💚✌🏽
