KidS3, Inc. Giving hope to kids in foster care and equipping them with the SKILLS and SUPPORT necessary for SUCCESS. WHAT WE DO
KidS³, Inc. They deserve a chance to succeed!

is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was established to give HOPE (Jeremiah 29:11) to kids in state care and equip them with the SKILLS and SUPPORT necessary for SUCCESS. Our belief is that by providing these kids with the appropriate skills and support, we can better prepare them for the challenges and opportunities they will face once they emancipate from the system. This is accomplished by

building relationships through a series of camps, special events and a mentoring program that instill hope through sharing the love of Christ, teach character, team-building and other life skills, as well as job skills such as budgeting and interviewing. We also engage them in service to their community through service projects. Most importantly, our goal is to provide these kids with the necessary support and an advocate that will be there for them throughout their time in state care and beyond. The kids involved in our programming come from various county DFCS, group homes and foster agencies. There is no charge for kids to attend our activities. WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe every foster child deserves the best … that they should have the opportunity to experience not only normal childhood activities, but also special activities that will serve to heal the hurt they have experienced as well as nurture their growth. These children deserve consistency, love and respect. They need to know that there is hope for a bright future. Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
We believe these children and youth have amazing, God-given potential that remains untapped without the involvement of caring adults and organizations. Let’s join together to make a difference in their lives … to set a different course … and to show them that they are NOT a statistic, that they are NOT defined by what has happened to them. Let’s give them the tools and support they need in order to be successful!

We are so thankful to see foster youth light up at our annual Christmas party.

"I’ve never been to an event like this and you guys have blessed us so much. My foster son is completely non-verbal (he was a teen boy, big kid) and he doesn’t respond to anything.' She goes on to tell me that she was amazed at how he was laser focused in on the Christmas program and when the SHINE team raised their arms to praise Jesus, he did the same. And when your team bowed their heads to pray, he did the same. And he had a smile on his face the whole time. He had not responded like that to anything else."
