Fellow St Michael’s Paratroopers, Members and Supporters,

Our upcoming August Chapter meeting is now scheduled for Saturday, 8 August from 1000-1130 hours at the James Crump VFW Post 2423, 100 VFW Lane, Indian Trail, NC. Lunch will follow at Tickle My Ribs, 6640 Old Monroe Road East, Indian Trail, NC.

Your Chapter Officers met yesterday and discussed the “way forward” for our Chapter.

What we need now are Paratroopers and Veterans who are truly in need of our assistance and helping them. So our focus will be finding those in need of our help.

This is the core mission of our Chapter, and a reason most of us are passionate about the St Michael’s All Airborne Chapter.

You received an email from our Chapter Secretary, Miguel Santiago last night about how you can help with obtaining an email address for your local Veterans Services Officer (VSO). Please take a few minutes to help us achieve our mission by contacting your local VSO and provide Miguel the email address so we can let every VSO in our AOR about what our great Chapter can provide.

We are 24 hours away from the St Michael’s All Airborne Chapter’s PTSD Awareness Benefit Ride at LP Frans Stadium. Ride-day registration and pre-registered check-in begins at 8:30AM, kickstands up at 11AM. A police-escorted 60 mile ride over the scenic roads of Catawba County. Vendors, raffles, food trucks, DJ, local Veterans Services Officers, patriotic tractor trailers, a display from the Hickory Aviation Museum, and a 40-foot VA Counseling trailer from the VA. It’s not too late to pre-register for expedited check-in. See below!
