International Women's House is grateful for RedRover, Purina’s Purple Leash Project, & KONG for making our new onsite dog park possible!

As one of the few shelters in the Atlanta area that welcomes pets, we recognize that concern for a beloved animal can be a real barrier for someone trying to leave an abusive situation. Because of this support, survivors who arrive with their pets now have a safe outdoor space where their dogs can run, play, and decompress during a difficult transition.

Thank you to Red Rover and Purina’s Purple Leash Project for helping us build this space, and to KONG for donating toys to keep our shelter pets happy and engaged.
