The Worthy Woman Initiative, Inc. TWWI, Inc. provides formerly incarcerated women wrap-around services and resources upon re-entry. The Worthy Woman Initiative, Inc. As advocates, TWWI, Inc.

As women, we spend most of our lives caught up in the narrative of how society labels us. looks to change that, by aiding women in breaking the toxic cycles of old and often negative habits, thoughts and beliefs and start creating new ones -- ones that reflect the desires of their hearts. is about women uplifting and advocating for other women. We honor the blessing of our own journey by being the blessing to another woman; whether that be a displaced mother looking to regain her footing, a female veteran looking for help transitioning to civilian life, a victim of domestic violence or the sister simply needing someone to walk beside her as she grows and learns to understand the value of her authentic story. is a multi-generational safe space for women and girls to define, explore, develop, and embrace their authentic life purpose. Every dollar helps to fund TWWI, Inc.'s efforts to provide support through sister circles, education, life & job readiness programs, holistic wellness programs & providers, financial literacy workshops & seminars, peer-to-peer mentoring, coaching, and a network of community partners. provides the resources the women in our communities need for aid that oftentimes is not simple to navigate and obtain. We will partner with organizations that will answer when a Worthy Woman participant needs aid, who will stand beside her as she seeks to have her need met, and who will celebrate her achievements with her. If we could leave all women with one thing it would be that EVERY part of our stories has value. We determine the worth. We honor the women who make the choice to evolve to that understanding and hold space for the others until they do. We are here to elevate those around us and encourage them to empower those they come in contact with as well. A woman’s greatest superpower is knowing her worth! Sister Circle Rules of Engagement

Sister Circles are for the open-minded. Participants should listen to each other and respect each other’s opinions. Sisters agree to adhere to the following Sister Circle guidelines:

1) Sisters should always respect the stories, experiences, decisions, aspirations and goals of other sisters.
2) Sisters should treat other sisters and their journeys with kindness, compassion and humility.
3) Sister Circles have no place for guilt, shame, nor judgement of another sister EVER, particularly based on appearance, background, past decisions, perceived or legitimate differences or previous successes or failures. Sisters do not discredit another sister’s experience because it is her own.
4) When appropriate, sisters are encouraged to share their endeavors in the Sister Circles, which could include sharing information about their business. This should be done with good taste and sound judgment. No spam is allowed in the Sister Circles or online.
5) Sister Circles are designed to support participants by providing a safe-space to talk about things women and girls need to talk about while helping them achieve their desired outcomes. Sisters should engage with this in mind.
6) Sisters should adhere to all provisions relating to confidentiality. In summary, what happens in Worthy Woman Sister Circles stays in Worthy Woman Sister Circles.
7) Everyone is afforded the opportunity to share. Sisters should try to play an active role in Sister Circles and are encouraged to be contributors not just listeners. Sisters should never be afraid to offer opinions or ask questions.
8) Sisters should respect the Group Leader of their Sister Circle and should comply with any request from the Group Leader at all times.
9) Failure to adhere to the above standards may result in your Sistership being terminated.
10) Unless she is professionally trained, sisters should share feelings and experiences, but not advice.
11) Sisters should make every effort to avoid interrupting or having side conversations during Sister Circles. Sisters are welcome to share contact information and engage in further discussion after meetings have adjourned.
12) Silence all communication devices.
13) Always be honest.
14) Have a positive attitude.

My Worthy sisters… this one feels different. 💜

When I look back at everything we have shared on this page, you know what I realize?

All roads have been leading here.

Every post.
Every gathering.
Every conversation.
Every “Worthy Woman Wednesday.”
Every time we talked about healing, becoming, releasing, remembering, and choosing ourselves.

It has all been preparing us for this moment.

On September 20, I am opening the doors to something deeply intentional: the TRANSFORM HER Wellness Experience & Book Launch for LeadHERship: The Divine Blueprint.

And I want you to know—this was not created as just another event.

It was curated with YOU in mind.

Your healing.
Your well-being.
Your peace.
Your purpose.
Your becoming.
And most importantly, your WORTH. 🖤🤲🏾

Think about everything we have explored together here on The Worthy Woman Initiative. Now imagine stepping into a space where you don't have to pour into everybody else, fix anything, perform, or have all the answers.

You simply get to be.

To breathe.
To release.
To reconnect.
To remember.

And yes… there will be some beautiful surprises along the way. 💜

I would love for the women of this community—the women who have been here, reading, listening, growing, healing, laughing, questioning, becoming—to experience this with me.

Because this isn't the beginning of our journey.

It's the next expression of everything we've already been building together.

Come sit with me.

Come exhale.

Come remember.

Come TRANSFORM HER.

September 20.
This one is for us. 💜
