STOP THE TRAFFIK

13h
·
For 20 years, we’ve worked to understand, prevent, and disrupt exploitation in all its forms.
What began with gathering intelligence has grown into a global approach — combining data, prevention programmes, and collaboration to drive real change. From equipping communities with knowledge, to enabling businesses and partners to act, to advancing data-sharing through our P10 initiatives, each step has built on the last.
Our Impact at a Glance map brings this journey together, showing you not just where we’ve been, but the scale of what’s possible when insight turns into action.

No. 26 (2026): Special Issue - Corporate Accountability and Forced Labour in Value Chains Guest Editor: Judy Fudge
https://antitraffickingreview.org/public/journals/1/cover_issue_37_en_US.jpg

This Special Issue of Anti-Trafficking Review examines recent efforts to hold multinational corporations accountable for human rights harms, including forced labour, resulting from their business practices. Contributions from across Asia, Europe, and the Americas analyse various aspects of the shift from voluntary corporate social responsibility measures to legally required or legally enforceable initiatives to address forced labour in global value chains. They interrogate the effectiveness of recently adopted transparency and human rights due diligence legislation across many Global North countries and demonstrate that worker-driven social responsibility, and other bottom-up initiatives, are better placed to reduce exploitation in supply chains than top-down state- and corporate-led approaches.

Free the Slaves - Our 2025 Annual Report is here, and it tells a clear story: when survivors and communities lead, lasting change is possible.
This year, 30 individuals moved to safety and freedom. 79 survivors strengthened their leadership. 363 community members and 206 government officials built the skills to prevent and respond to exploitation. 24 active community groups across regions, are enhancing local protection systems.
From survivor-led prevention in India to policy engagement in the Philippines, from reintegration support in West Africa to regional coordination in the Caribbean, our work is making exploitation harder to start, easier to detect, and more costly to sustain.
Your support makes this possible. Thank you for helping build the community-level systems and survivor-led efforts that make freedom last.

Thank you for your commitment to Ending the Conditions that Allow Modern Slavery to Persist.

A21 - What looks like an opportunity… can become exploitation.
Across the world, people are being promised jobs only to be trapped, controlled, and forced to scam others online. They didn’t choose this. They were deceived. This is forced scamming, and it’s growing fast.
But it’s not unstoppable. Awareness can change the outcome before it even begins.A single Safe Employment Guide can help someone recognize the warning signs and walk away before it’s too late. https://www.a21.org/content/ecourse-safe-employment-us/gwjq8o

Every Daughter Matters - Real prevention is built on trusted relationships.
Along the Nepal border, our trained Nepali staff work in cooperation with border police and local authorities to identify and intercept young women at risk of trafficking.
When warning signs appear, action is immediate, coordinated and focused on safety. Young women are respectfully separated, assessed and, if needed, referred to emergency shelter or safe housing.
This is what it means to stop trafficking before exploitation begins.
