The Linda and Douglas (LAD) Foundation strives to enhance the quality of education in Jamaica through collaborative efforts with Jamaicans around the world. Our team of dedicated leaders work closely with schools to connect them with resources and financial support. Our family and friends possess immeasurable power through our combined education, training, and life-experience. We are committed to

focus our collective talents toward optimizing the quality of education for Jamaica’s future leaders. We are currently supporting two schools: Mountainside Primary and Watford Hill Primary.
