Congratulations to our Arianna Thomas a TU SON 2023 grad on her outstanding poster presentation, “Fall Prevention Outcomes Following Implementation of Patient Safety Contracts and Within Arms Reach (WAR) Strategies,” at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic’s 2026 Nursing Excellence Spring Poster Fair!

Even more impressive, her program achieved an 86% reduction in patient falls over two quarters! This remarkable outcome reflects a powerful commitment to patient safety, innovation, and excellence in nursing practice.
