Dear Friends,

It is with a very heavy heart that we share this update with you. After much prayer and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming conference. Our foremost concern is the safety of everyone who registered to attend.

With participants traveling from various parts of the country, weather-related events must be viewed from more than a local perspective. This conference was planned with the purpose of refreshing and encouraging those who serve in ministry. Given the current weather challenges, we recognize that what was intended to be a blessing could instead become a burden for some. Out of care for you and your well-being, we believe this is the wisest and most loving decision.

We want to express our sincere love and appreciation to each of you who registered, made plans, prayed, and looked forward to this time together. Your support of Refresh-Restore Ministries means more than we can adequately express, and we are deeply grateful for your understanding and grace.

All conference materials will be mailed to registered attendees within the next two weeks. If you would like a full refund of your admission, please contact me within 10 business days, and we will gladly process the refund in full.

As we move forward, we ask that you continue to pray for those facing difficulties in the areas impacted by the storms, and especially for the linemen and first responders who are actively serving and placing themselves in harm’s way to care for others.

Dear Friends,

We wanted to provide a brief update regarding the winter weather event that is currently impacting travel across the United States. With many attendees traveling from various parts of the Southeastern states, your safety is our highest priority.

At this time, we are closely monitoring weather conditions and travel advisories as they relate to the upcoming conference. Our goal is to provide a final decision regarding the conference by Tuesday, January 27th, at 2:00 PM. This update will be communicated via email and will also be posted on our social media platforms.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this situation together. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
