Every 2nd Sunday of each month, we tackle important conversations that matter to women, and bring in experts to share their insights and knowledge to inspire, educate & connect! Sisterhood University, formally known as Sisterhood Sunday is experiencing a digital expansion that is taking our local presence and making it global. With our previous model it only provided support in person and locally

but with this expansion it allows members to have access to online events, trainings, expos, networking, mastermind classes and more. It will also provide more exposure for the business owner who will now have the opportunity to utilize our platform to advertise, host classes and become more visible through our directory.

Meet our Guest Speaker:
Lauren DK is a certified somatic practitioner, nervous system resilience expert.

She specializes in working with Black women, focusing on the disproportionate workplace and racial trauma they face. Lauren partners with collectives like IKONI Collective, CRIADO Studios, and the Center for Black Women’s Wellness to create spaces for healing and empowerment through somatic practices, workshops, and speaking engagements.
