It only takes one Spark!!
She Sparks Too Incorporated, a non profit 501 c 3, was created to positively empower, encourage and promote professional women in the Welding and Industrial sectors of business.
She Sparks Too Incorporated will serve as a platform for industrial women and women welders network, share, learn and grow together. The plan is to break the gender barriers in the welding field as well as other non traditional careers and create positive employment and income outlooks for women in communities.
So often, women and girls cannot see themselves working in industrial and manufacturing industries due to past beliefs and misrepresentation of the skill sets and the capabilities of women. She Sparks Too Incorporated is determined to BRAND new thoughts of what the industry should look like and welcome a new set of trailblazers! It only takes one SPARK! She Sparks Too!
