Community Policing Forum 🚔🚨

Great Day! We have an incredible event today featuring Mrs. Sandra Fatmi-Hall, CEO and Founder of UFCF, as she joins the Central Florida Urban League to host and moderate a vital conversation for our city.

Today is all about dialogue, progress, and building bridges between law enforcement professionals and the youth in our community. Grateful for the chance to be part of the conversation and to see real change in action!

Game Night with the Magic! 🏀

Our FLUites had an incredible opportunity yesterday to attend the Orlando Magic vs. Charlotte Hornets game! There is nothing like the thrill of being under the lights at the Kia Center.

A huge thank you to Commissioner Mike Scott for the tickets and for making this experience possible for our students! We also want to give a special shoutout to Jay Council with the Orlando Magic, he was so welcoming to our FLUites and truly made sure they felt the love all night long.

The energy was electric, and the Magic put on an amazing show, officially taking it home with a big win! 🏆✨

💙 Empowering Our Future Leaders 💙

Earlier this month, our UFCF Future Leaders United (FLU) High School Program at Evans High School and our FLU Middle School Program had the privilege of welcoming a very special guest, Melissa Vickers, Public Defender for Orange and Osceola Counties.

She spent time with our students sharing powerful insight and real-world perspective, equipping them with knowledge that will help them navigate important situations with confidence, awareness, and responsibility.

Moments like these are what make FLU so impactful. We are intentional about exposing our youth to leaders who not only inform, but empower.

We’re grateful for Ms. Vickers’ commitment to pouring into the next generation and helping our students grow as informed, confident young leaders.
