There are a lot of our Street Family who battle with their Mental Health daily!!!!
We think we have it rough, IMAGINE going daily NOT knowing where your next meal is coming from.... where you will be able to lay your head WITHOUT getting in trouble or arrested..... how you can get a job with NO ID or the proper documents you need to even fill out an application....
We have made several calls and visits to our local Mental Health office but everyone is so short staffed and WITHOUT ID it is hard to find a place that will see you.
Without PROPER sleep, nutrition and HAVING an untreated mental health diagnosis is cause for a
MAJOR DISASTER!
I have been out in the streets for a solid year and now understand a trauma brain now more than ever!!!!
Everyone of our Street Family members need someone they can talk to, have a shoulder to lean on and for someone to JUST BE THERE without ANY JUDGEMENT!
If YOU know what it feels like to be all alone, please come help love and encourage our Street Family! It's time you come and share your story and remind someone else, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
I made it through and so can YOU!

Got to hang out and eat New Years Dinner with our street family this afternoon.
Ham, Greens, Blackeye Peas, Potatoes, Mac-N-Cheese, Stuffed Eggs, Rolls. Cornbread and Apple Cobbler for dessert!
It was definitely a good meal and some good chin wag lol.

Pathway Community Church came, served some awesome Chicken Pasta and loved on our street family tonight. We appreciate you guys more than you realize! You guys are awesome!

Such an AWESOME day with Santa and our street family today! I don't want to share a lot of pictures even though they gave permission, but I do have a few that are very heart warming for sure! This first one is Santa saying the blessing over lunch. The second is the most precious embrace I believe I have ever seen! Santa hugged eveyone of our street family like this today and that even brought a tear to a few. The third picture is one of a man that didn't think he would make it in the woods, but he did! He is talking to Santa about the old GI Joe dolls and old army men.
Santa gave everyone a handmade scarf and hat along with their goodie bags sealed with a little hug!!
Lunch was good as well. Everyone got 2nd, 3rds and 4ths lol. We had salsa chicken tacos,
mexican rice (thanks to Ms.Wendy), sauted corn and black beans.

Getting ready to go love on our street family with our AMAZING friend from The North Pole,
Santa Claus. We have a few gift bags (more to go in the bag lol) sealed with a HUG!
Santa is bringing some gifts and will be spreading some HOPE to our street family.
Thank you to Repairers of The Breach Thrift Center for allowing us to host this lunch with Santa and our street family there today. We had some help decorating this little setup by 2 of our awesome street family members!
Thank you to everyone who donated to help put a smile on some faces this afternoon.
