EIA is a volunteer organization whose mission is to construct suspended footbridges in rural communities in South America and Africa, increasing residents’ access to schools, job opportunities, hospitals, markets, and freshwater access points.

Tonight, EIA and EWB will be welcoming guest speaker Dr. Lauren MacDonald! She will speak about career opportunities in global engineering and her research into evaluating the impacts of footbridges constructed in Rwanda. All are welcome to attend!
