Bailey is a gorgeous chocolate Lab mix who weighs about 45 lbs. She is spayed and, we believe, current on all her vetting. She is house- and crate-trained; she is somewhat leash-trained though, due to her exuberant spirit, she can get excited when she sees new dogs and people. She is good around kids, dogs, and cats. Is this not one of the most gorgeous pitties you have ever seen?! This is Phoenix. She is a 7 year old spayed female weighing about 60 lbs. She needs a nice, quiet place to hang out until her “mom” can find pet-friendly housing. She has some health issues that are well-managed with medications and food that the family will provide. Phoenix can be a little shy around men at first, but otherwise is a sweet soul who loves people and gets along with other dogs once she gets to know them. This is Toby. He is an emotional-support dog and is best friends with a young girl who loves him dearly. The thought of this little girl losing her dog on top of everything else she has recently lost is too much to take. Toby is about 57 lbs of love. He is 10 years old and already neutered. He is fully housetrained and loves everyone. Atlanta-area foster possibly needed for up to 30 days for this gorgeous gal!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Meggie, a 20 #, 4yo Poodle, is currently stuck in the U.S. while her family is stuck in Europe. The family is working desperately to get their immigration paperwork completed so they can reunite with Meggie, who is not only a huge part of their family but also provides needed emotional therapy. The family has friends in Atlanta who can care for Meggie for the time being; however, they are seeking a backup foster for Meggie as a precautionary measure. Meggie is up to date on vaccines but will need to be spayed at STF expense if she does enter our program. Meggie is completely housetrained and loves everybody unconditionally. Atlanta-area foster needed for up to 60 days for this snuggly sweetie!

Milo is a 3yo, intact male Chihuahua who weighs under 15 lbs. His favorite pastimes are snuggling and belly rubs. He needs two months with a foster until his “mom” can find pet-friendly housing. While in foster care, Milo will be neutered and his vaccines/bloodwork updated at STF expense. He hasn’t been around a lot of other pets so a pet-free home, or slow intros with pets that will respect his personal space, would be best. He can be shy at first with people he doesn’t know but will warm up once you gain his trust. He is mostly housetrained. This feline family needs help – they are not welcome where they are currently staying and need a place to hang out until their “mom” can find pet-friendly housing. The short-haired cat is Jasmine. She is the older of the two at 10 years of age. She is also the cuddlier of the two cats. The younger, medium-haired cat is Halo. Both are spayed and good with kids. We’re not sure if either cat is good with other pets but can find out if you are at all interested. This sweetheart is Adelynn, a 13yo, spayed Domestic Shorthair weighing about 14 lbs. She needs a safe place to hang out for about 3 months until her “mom” can find a housing solution. Like most cats, Adelynn is shy at first but will warm up to you once you gain her trust. Atlanta-area foster needed for up to 60 days for a bonded pair of kitties!

Meet Moana and Jax, two adorable cats that need a temporary place to stay while their mom deals with some health and housing issues. Moana is the tuxedo cat. She weighs about 6 lbs and is 4 years old. Jax, the gray tabby, weighs about 9 lbs and is around 2 years old. Both are already spayed/neutered but likely will need their vaccines updated at STF expense while in foster care. Per the mom, both cats are great with people of all sizes. Jax is the shyer of the two but is very sweet once he has gained your trust. Moana is the more outgoing of the two. They are good with other pets, but it will take them some time for them to adjust.
