Tips for a Healthy Me in '23:

1 - Eat at least 5 portions of fruits and vegetables every day

2 - Eat a combination of fruit vegetables, legumes, nuts, and whole grains

Easier said than done? Give meal planning a shot. Plan your meals, make a list and make sure you have fresh veggies available to snack on. For example, celery with peanut butter or ranch dressing. Try new foods.
