Did you know there are several ways you can attend
Creative Enterprises?
If you are an adult with a significant disability, you have options when it comes to choosing the services and support that are right for you.
If you have a Medicaid Waiver, you have the freedom to choose the provider that best meets your needs. You can choose more than one provider, and you can change providers if your needs or preferences change. The important thing to remember is that you have a choice. You should feel empowered to ask questions, explore your options, and make the decision that is right for you.
If you are a Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) client, we can help you with job placement, job coaching, and other vocational-related activities designed to help you work toward your employment goals.
And if you don't have either of these options, we also offer a private-pay option. We encourage you to ask us about any scholarship opportunities that may be available.
If you have questions or would like to learn more about your options, please reach out to us. We are happy to talk with you, answer your questions, and help you understand the choices available to you.
