Ministry Leadership wisdom!
Do not match their emotional volume.
Your power is in being calm, specific, and unimpressed.
Do not give them a leadership reaction they can repackage as an “Demonic Spirit.” That is an old church trick: provoke the leader, then evaluate the response rather than address the provocation. Your tone should communicate: “I heard you. I understood you. And the answer is still no.”

Stop trying to make the wrong people love you the right way.

One of the hardest lessons in life is realizing that love isn’t something you should have to beg for, prove, or earn. The wrong people will keep moving the finish line no matter how much you sacrifice. They’ll drain your peace while you fight for a place in their life that God never intended for you to occupy.

Sometimes the greatest act of self-respect isn’t holding on. It’s letting go.

When people consistently show you who they are, believe them. Protect your peace. Guard your heart. Trust God’s direction. The people He assigns to your life will never require you to lose yourself just to keep them.

Stop chasing.
Stop convincing.
Stop settling.

The right people won’t need to be forced to value what God placed inside of you.
