What’s the end goal?

When our time is done, we don’t want to be remembered for who we were or who we were related to. Titles, money, and awards are all superficial.

We want our administration to be remember for the work we did, the difference we made, the hope we spread, the careers we nourished, the kids we poured into, the citizens we made feel safe, the inmates we rehabilitated, and the legacy we built.

Most importantly, we want to know that we gave you all that we had, leaving nothing on table, because you deserve nothing less than that of us.

Most importantly, that we allowed God to lead the way.

That’s it, that’s all.
