Congrats to this young king! Hills Academy

, 13 years old, has been accepted into Morehouse College AND 20 other institutions like it’s light work!

But this ain’t just about brainpower!this is about purpose, drive, and divine alignment from day one.

Before some kids hit their growth spurt, Joshua was writing books, reading novels, stacking college credits, and aiming for greatness with laser focus.

His story began with a fight for life itself, a miracle before birth, a scholar before preschool, and now, a walking, talking reminder that Black excellence starts young and never apologizes for showing up early.

At four years old, he said, “I want to go to Morehouse like Dr. King.” And unlike most dreamers, he meant it, manifested it, and made it happen before becoming a teenager.

This isn’t just a feel-good story it’s a call to reframe how we talk about our Black boys. Stop counting them out and start counting their victories. Joshua didn’t skip grades just to impress, he leapt through a system that too often holds Black brilliance back. And now?

He’s walking into rooms built for men twice his age, ready to study international relations and shift global conversations.

This is what legacy looks like. This is what happens when grit meets vision and is rooted in love.
