Yesterday, Karen Jones of Motivational Horsemanship and Bonnie Key led a team-building experience for leaders from an energy company through Wisdom of the Horse: An Immersive Equus Experience.

Horses have a remarkable way of teaching us about leadership, communication, trust, and self-awareness. Through experiential learning and observing positive reinforcement and clicker training in action, participants explored how clarity, consistency, and connection influence both learning and leadership.

The lessons horses teach us reach far beyond the arena. They remind us to listen more deeply, lead with intention, and build relationships grounded in trust.

Sometimes the most powerful leadership lessons come from those who never say a word. 🐴

Karen Jones from started for the first time teaching Baby to target specific colors and shapes. She is starting with white and Baby caught on quickly. There are so many meaningful enrichment exercises to connect with your horses besides riding them.
Karen is teaching us and the herd these fun games to enjoy and connect together.
