We humans all have needs. As an individual, you do not need to work for nor be a member of a nonprofit entity to give to someone or help another needing help. And unfortunately, an individual can not receive a deduction for giving to another individual. But in order to minimize poverty, we should not hesitate to assist those who are most vulnerable...children, seniors, poverty stricken ,and the sick.

It was awesome learning how to raise chicks during the special online classes. However, my chicks were delivered while I was at work. Animal control said that I could try chickens and goats if I have enough backyard space. Actually, we have roosters all over the neighborhood in Derita especially on Cindy Lane and Nevins. They wake us up every morning at sunrise. The loose chickens near the park on Fincher chase us as if they are our pets but are good predicters of bad weather! Eggs are very expensive so I'm not complaining. Chickens get my upmost respect!
