Anxiety and depression medicine is there for you but only if it works for you. Different people need different therapy’s so don’t feel judge if you do use medication to help you through the day. Just make sure it’s the right medicine. If you don’t use medicine don’t look down on people that need it. Everyone struggles different, just like everyone survives different. Focus on what works for you and everything will work out!
