Our DC NEXT student planned fundraiser ‘Tutus & Sip’ was an adorable way to raise money for scholarships! Thank you to all of the audience members who participated! Our fundraising committee hosted a tutu making bar and hand crafted fruit drinks for our fun after party! ✨🍹 We love that our teachers and choreographers joined in the fun! 💗

To have a professional ballet re-staged on our DC NEXT class was a wonderful challenge this summer! Thank you to 2026 Choreographer, Cecily Davis, for working with us on ‘Between the Wind and Trees’, which she premiered on Gwinnett Ballet Theatre this past spring. Cecily is an alumni Intern of our DC NEXT program (class of 2016) and it was great having her back with us! A beautiful full circle moment! 🌳✨💨🍃
