Nurse aid workers are the heart of every facility and the nation at large yet, they are the least paid and disrespected in the society. The reason for that is because they don't have a voice. If we can come together as one unit, we can create a very strong and formidable force. It's only when such strong force is created that the nurse aid workers can be recognized nationwide. Please let us come together as one and decide our faith. We have to decide our pay. Huge benefits awaits us if can unite and form an association. Please like and share this platform.
