Are you a single mom that is getting ready to deliver a beautiful baby/ babies?

This program, The Hospital Newborn Essentials Delivery Program is a maternal and infant health support initiative designed to provide essential newborn and postpartum care baskets directly to eligible single mothers prior to hospital discharge.

The transition from hospital to home represents a critical and vulnerable period for both mother and infant. Single mothers experiencing financial hardship, limited support systems, or housing instability often face barriers in securing basic newborn necessities. This program ensures mothers leave the hospital equipped with foundational supplies necessary for safe and healthy infant care.

Baskets will be delivered straight to you and your baby at the hospital at the time of delivering your baby.
