Your donation of an abundance of much-needed items to Graceful Hearts Inc. and Graceful Hearts Senior Living will make a meaningful difference in the lives of the seniors we serve.

Many of our seniors struggle to afford daily essentials, and your support helps ensure they receive the care, dignity, and assistance they deserve. The seniors are truly grateful, and so are we. At Graceful Hearts, our mission is to make sure “No Senior is Left Behind” by providing essential resources and access to affordable housing.

Graceful Hearts Inc. is deeply grateful and sincerely thankful to the GreyStone Power Foundation for the generous “GRANT” awarded to our organization. This support means so much to us and to the seniors we serve every day. Our program, “Leaving No Senior Behind,” was created to address the growing issue of food insecurity among seniors in West Georgia and the surrounding communities.

Too many older adults are struggling to access basic necessities, and this program is dedicated to ensuring that vulnerable seniors receive the food and support they need to live with dignity.

In addition to our food outreach, Graceful Hearts has expanded its mission to include affordable senior housing through shared living and co-living opportunities for seniors facing serious housing challenges who cannot afford traditional housing.

This generous grant from the GreyStone Power Foundation will help us continue providing critical food assistance while also supporting our efforts to create safe, affordable housing options for seniors. We are truly thankful for their partnership and commitment to helping us improve the quality of life for seniors in our community.

Graceful Hearts Inc made a food donation just days before Christmas to Ms. Helen and Ms. Janie. These two sweet ladies are always so grateful for our help in putting food on their tables. Ms. Helen especially loves her Mustard Greens! 💚

Both ladies are thankful for whatever we donate and always greet us with big smiles on their faces. Food insecurity is a serious problem for seniors in Georgia—and across the nation. That is why Graceful Hearts Inc is here: to provide whatever assistance we can to our seniors, including food, hygiene products, and more.

🦃 Thanksgiving Blessings from Graceful Hearts❤️and Graceful Hearts Senior Living.

Graceful Hearts Inc was honored to donate a turkey to our favorite senior, Ms. Helen, along with her favorite vegetable — turnip greens! She already had the other fixings for her Thanksgiving dinner, and she was so excited and grateful for the love and support.

Our seniors at Graceful Hearts Senior Living Shared housing also received delicious Thanksgiving food plates, and we’re happy to share that everyone truly enjoyed their meals. The smiles, gratitude, and warm conversations made this holiday even more special.

We are thankful for the opportunity to support our seniors and make their holiday a little brighter. 🙏🏽💛
